Yesterday I spent some time taking photos for Ben Krompak who is running for County Commissioner, primary election is May 4th so go vote.

“I’m taking this step because I believe our community is ready for some fresh faces and new ideas,” said Krompak. “Everyone knows that we’re facing tough times but I’m excited and optimistic about our future. We can build on the work being done by our entrepreneurs and university researchers and lead the world in the clean energy economy.”
Respected community leaders quickly welcomed Krompak’s possible candidacy.
“Ben Krompak is a dynamic young leader and big picture thinker unafraid to challenge the status quo. He’d be an outstanding Lucas County Commissioner,” said Keith Wilkowski, 2009 endorsed Democratic candidate for Mayor of Toledo. Krompak served as Wilkowski’s chief strategist in last year’s election.
“Ben and I have worked together closely to promote clean energy and green-collar jobs in our community,” said Toledo City Councilman Joe McNamara. “He is exactly the kind of leader we need to fight for us.”
